This is one of those moments.

I’m excited to share that I’ve joined the Matt Fetick Team with eXp Realty.

This decision came from a place of “this makes sense”. An aha moment. I originally approached Matt simply for mentorship—I respected how he operates, his consistency, and the way he leads. But as we spent more time in conversation, something became clear… he was already beginning to expand into Lancaster County with clients (and that was a long drive for him), and I was looking to focus on giving my clients white glove treatment.

I liked that he would provide administrative support —paperwork—so I could stay focused on what I do best: networking, negotiating, and working closely with clients.

It became a natural alignment.

A true win-win.

I continue to lead my business with the same focus many of you know me for—Wayfaring Lancaster, relocation guidance, and working with discerning buyers and sellers who value thoughtful strategy and long-term decisions. That vision isn’t changing. If anything, it’s being strengthened.

What is changing is the level of support, reach, and collaboration behind the scenes.

I’m grateful for the opportunity, and even more grateful that this next step feels so aligned with where I’m headed.
